No welcome on arrival, outdated kitchen equipment. Frying pan without handle and damaged bottom, pot with handle barely holding, no kettle to heat water. Very noisy environment because there is a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. Shower not very clean.

Strategic location: 5 minutes by car from the center of Como and 5 minutes walk from Esselunga, Roadhouse, Eurospin, McDonalds, Restaurants/Pizzerias/Sushi, etc... Great for families.

Accommodation provided with the essentials, well located but of poor quality, does not deserve the five stars of presentation, does not even reach three. Disappointing value for money.
