The SAN ROCCO HOLIDAY ACCOMODATION is located in the heart of ASTI, at a walking distance from the town center and its main monuments (the romanesque Cathedral, the church of San Secondo - named after the Patron saint of Asti- the Crypt of San Anastasio). It is close to the train station and only 10 minutes’ drive to the hospital. With its convenient rates, it is the ideal solution for a short period of work or holiday in Asti.

Our flats offer all the modern features which are now expected: air conditioning, TV, plus all the necessary appliances. Besides they are elegantly furnished and provided with all the bedroom and bathroom linen you might need.

This apartment is accessible from the front yard (it is thus convenient for people with physical disability). Its main entrance is located on the ground floor. It features a small hall/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). It has accessible features to allow easy mobility for people with physical disability. The owner, Mr. Daniele, and his wife were very kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Not only that, given my late arrival, Mr. Daniele came to pick me up at the station and was always ready to make my stay optimal by helping me solve any minor difficulty, even the most trivial. The cleanliness is optimal, and I believe it is an accommodation that can be used on every occasion, whether you are a solo traveler, a couple, or a family. Breakfast is not provided, but everything is available to make it either independently or at the nearby bar. The location is quite central and close to the historic center, although the concept of distance may depend on the reason for coming to Asti and the places you need to go. In summary, worth returning.

I have been to Casa Vacanze San Rocco recently, I left it on December 6th, I spent 3 nights there and I had a great time. Impeccable cleanliness, warm and welcoming accommodation but above all the kindness and availability of Mr. Daniele is unmatched. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend it to everyone for your stays in Asti.

Excellent welcome from Daniele and his wife Patrizia. The apartment, cozy and very clean, is equipped with all the comforts. The location allows you to reach both the city center and the train station in just a few minutes. Excellent value for money.

The apartment was equipped with all the necessary comforts, spacious and well maintained. We also found it very pleasant as a central place in the city, with convenient services nearby and at the same time quiet, in the historic center. We will come back in the future.

The accommodation facility is of the highest quality in every detail and, above all, for the exquisite - in every way, including the gastronomic aspect - kindness of the manager Mr. Daniele, his wife, and the whole family (a truly memorable evening spent together on the hills of Vigliano).
