The Villa on the Cliffs of Punta Formiche is a single structure composed of several apartments; each faces the sea with a breathtaking view characterized by three stacks and a natural arch.

Each apartment is equipped with all comforts: kitchen-dining room, living room, private terrace facing the sea, 3 bedrooms (for 5/6 people), air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, TV, wifi. Bed linen and towels and personal hygiene products are included.

The entrance to the property is electrically automated and the path, flanked by two rows of palm trees that welcome, lights up at night as people pass by.

Inside the property there are: a parking area for cars with 4 parking spaces, a laundry room, outdoor showers; for recreation there is a bowling green, a barbecue area and a typically Sicilian outdoor oven.

From the house, after 85 meters, you will reach a small sandy beach suitable for children because the sea water rises very gradually and a rocky area with beautiful backdrops for more experienced swimmers. We offer our guests a two-seater and a single canoe free of charge.

Isolated from the city bustle, the villa is a few kilometers away from the nightlife of Marzamemi, from the quiet village of Portopalo di Capo Passero, and between 20 and 50 minutes by car you reach 8 municipalities that have been decorated with the unesco title "World Heritage Site". In 25 minutes by car you can reach the natural reserve of Vendicari.

Magnificent experience, the magical place with cliffs, a pond with flamingos, and a splendid Mediterranean sea. Beach at 200 meters with crystal-clear water. The warm and professional welcome and care of the house. For me, it will be one of the places in my heart. Villa on the Cliffs of Punta Formiche.

The enchanting position by the sea, away from the noises of inhabited centers, allows you to experience, for those coming from the city, a dimension now forgotten. A dimension made of colors: the many shades of blue of the sea, the azure of the clear sky, the ochre of the cliffs, the red of the sunsets; of scents: that of the sea or that of the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrubland; of sounds... the wind, the waves on the cliffs, the screeching of seagulls. Unique sensations. The house is very nice, clean, well furnished, equipped with every comfort and with a terrace overlooking the sea where you can have dinner.

The cliff of Punta delle Formiche, from the top of which the Villa sulla Scogliera di Punta Formiche dominates without contestation, is the ideal place for those who prefer unspoiled places to crowded beaches. From the sandy cliff that the sunset lights up in yellow, you can look out over the open sea. Small sea stacks dot it and its waters are crystal clear, the seabeds rich in Posidonia. The beach is just steps away from the cliff and is ideal for families with children. I explored the cliff full of caves with a canoe provided by the house, and even more I appreciated the beauty of the landscape. The apartment lacks nothing, comfort, availability, and courtesy of the owners. I absolutely recommend a stay in this wonder.
