We were 4, stayed for 5 days, very nice location, the room was large enough for a double bed and two single beds for the boys, who also immediately got WiFi access, very important at that age ;). The breakfast table was always lovingly set every morning and Sara also accommodated special requests, thanks again for that. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Nicolò, as the apartment manager, greeted us with great kindness and recommended really nice places to see and restaurants to eat at. An experience to repeat by finishing visiting the places around the lake that have not been seen yet. Thank you Nicolò.

Decided to visit Lake Garda and wanting to take advantage of the holiday bonus we became aware of this B&B. Firstly, I must give special praise to the manager Nicolò who has always been courteous, kind, helpful, and ready for any request. Exquisite person. Also compliments to the apartment. Renovated therefore new, impeccable cleanliness, equipped with everything necessary. We were fortunate to also have a splendid balcony from which we admired Monte Baldo in the morning. The building, in addition to having free parking next to it, is in a strategic position. In 10/15 minutes you can reach Lazise, Sirmione, Peschiera... furthermore, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bank, a pub are available... all in the immediate vicinity. We have been traveling frequently for about 10 years and we can say that it is the best B&B found so far. Congratulations Nicolò and thank you! Until next time!

Spacious room (we were four), clean and bright in a really beautiful house. The owners helped us organize our trip to Verona, very friendly. Recommended for its proximity to playgrounds, Lake Garda, and Verona.

The manager was precise, attentive, punctual, and exhaustive in meeting all our information requests, the structure is a little gem, well soundproofed and tastefully furnished, and practically free of shortcomings, if I were to pass by the area again I would definitely come back there, a warm thank you to Nicolò.

I stayed with my wife and our two children, along with a couple of friends and their child, to spend the night after a full day at Gardaland. Being a group of seven in total, we were able to use the two-bedroom apartment, one quadruple and one triple. Everything was beautiful, brand new, and very clean. Even though breakfast is not provided, there is a bakery and a pastry shop nearby (which I recommend). We will definitely repeat the experience next year, I have already recommended the B&B to my friends.

We stayed one night, very nice structure and clean room, we had a good time. It's a shame breakfast is not included, but there's a pastry shop and a bar nearby. I recommend it, very convenient location for Gardaland.

I was convinced by the other reviews and I tried this B&B for two nights, given its proximity to Gardaland. I confirm cleanliness, order, silence, and the exquisite availability of the hosts, they didn't let us miss anything.\n\nWe hope to be able to repeat this short experience as soon as possible.

Stayed as a couple with a 4-year-old child for 2 nights with Bed & Breakfast treatment. I must say that it is the first time we have stayed in a Bed & Breakfast and we found it much better than many hotels. We chose this Bed & Breakfast for its location, very close to Gardaland, and for the excellent reviews, absolutely deserved. The area reserved for guests, located on the first floor of a splendid villa with an extremely well-kept and well-furnished garden. From the entrance of the villa, going up the stairs, you reach a well-equipped landing for breakfast, another point of excellence given the variety and abundance of choice. From the landing, you can access on one side to a large and well-equipped terrace overlooking the internal garden and with a view of Lake Garda, on the other to the sleeping area, consisting of a decidedly spacious room in which a double bed and a single bed are comfortably arranged, an area dedicated to a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Inside the villa there is also a parking space available to guests. Excellent cleanliness and impeccable service. All this would be enough to guarantee 5 stars, but the real strength of the structure is Mrs. Sara, friendly, extremely helpful without ever being intrusive, she made us feel like family and this in our opinion is priceless. To her and her whole family a big hug with the hope that there will soon be another opportunity to see each other again.

We stayed for two nights with our 3-year-old child who slept with us in the very comfortable double bed. The structure, namely the area of the building dedicated to guests, is very spacious on the first floor, a bright hallway that leads on one side to a beautiful terrace with a lake view overlooking the well-kept garden at the entrance of the building, on the other side you have access to the room, very comfortable in space and meticulously detailed, top cleanliness. The bathroom is also spacious with a double sink and a shower box that is rarely found in structures like this. We highly recommend being hosted by Mrs. Sara, the owner, extremely friendly and cordial beyond expectations. Our child is already asking when we will return "to Sara". We pay great attention to the friendliness of people, availability, and the ease of having a direct, open relationship. So, if you think the same way, and are looking for a great place to stay for a weekend by the lake, or a trip to the parks with your child, "Il Colle" and Sara are perfect for you.

I stayed at this property for only one night, unfortunately. I stayed with a friend of mine. The location is perfect if you want to go to Gardaland. Nicolò is very kind and super helpful, he recommended us some truly unique places to visit. I hope to come back soon.

All great, the manager polite and hospitable, handed us the keys and assigned the private parking, excellent welcome and very large room.\n\nOnly flaw there was no breakfast service, they warned us in time the day before but the price did not change, in a Bed and breakfast we expected breakfast.\n\nFinal judgment however very high thanks to the kindness of the manager and the excellent location, close to Gardaland and also to the Terme di Colà di Lazise.\n\nWe will gladly return.

We unfortunately stayed only one night in this fantastic B&B. Located a few steps from all the amusement parks and from Peschiera del Garda, it will truly leave you speechless for its location, cleanliness, and beauty. Large, clean, and well-maintained rooms. Abundant breakfast and tremendous availability of the lady inside. This is what I want to emphasize, the great kindness and education of the owner. She immediately made us feel comfortable, did not set any time limits, and even, since it was the child's birthday, she had the beautiful idea of giving him some fantastic stickers that made him very happy. For all these reasons, I absolutely want to recommend you to go to this B&B if you are in the area, I will certainly do it.

We stayed at the B&B il Colle in August 2015. We are a demanding family with 3 children, 2 of whom are not exactly very calm boys. Mrs. Sara welcomed us as if we were family, with exquisite cordiality, discretion, and availability. The place is wonderful, equipped with all comforts, quiet, clean, and tastefully furnished, very convenient to reach the Parks and the beautiful towns on Lake Garda in a few minutes. The excellent breakfast, the kindness of the hosts, Sara's delicacies have certainly contributed to making our stay an unforgettable holiday in a beautiful area of our beautiful Italy. We had a great time, the quadruple room we stayed in was clean and comfortable (the only small downside, if you suffer from a bit of claustrophobia, is that it lacks windows, there is only the entrance door), the location is great for reaching Gardaland and there are great bars and a restaurant/pizzeria nearby. Mrs. Sara, whom we thank, was very kind and provided useful advice.

I stayed here for one night with my boyfriend and little brother, we had a great time, the house is beautiful, our room was clean, tidy, and also cool thanks to the air conditioner. The breakfast is sufficiently exhaustive. Highly recommended especially for those with children because with only two rooms it is a quiet place. Furthermore, it is very close to the area's parks.

I stayed with my husband and our daughters for only 2 nights, we had a great time, the location is very convenient for visiting parks and surroundings, the house is very cozy, bright, and clean, with all the amenities (phone, television, air conditioner, body care products, etc.), Mrs. Sara is very kind and helpful, she gave us suggestions to visit the various areas of Lake Garda and was very nice. I will definitely recommend the place to friends and relatives.

We stayed at this establishment for only one night, but we found everything practically perfect. The structure is excellent and the location is also perfect (for us who wanted to go to the thermal baths). The managers are truly very kind and helpful, in addition to assisting us with directions or with the best restaurants in the area, they prepared a truly good and plentiful breakfast for us.
